Where to eat in La Herradura? Quite restaurants with beautiful views
El Tinao RestaurantThis mesón (Inn) offers typical dishes from the Alpujarra (a mountain region in the province of Granada): good ham, migas and pork dishes.
Charming terrace, decorated with plants, tables and chairs are very comfortable. Good prices.
Try its beer Estrella Galicia that comes with big tapas. As it offers mostly meat, it is not very appropriate for vegetarians.

La Sardina RestaurantThis is a chiringuito (beach bar/restaurant) where the specialty is fish and migas (dish made with bread crumbs). It is a lovely place with a pleasant atmosphere. The restaurant has tables on the beachfront with good views.
The food is simple and prices are a bit high. They also offer grilled sardines.
Sometimes, the restaurant gets very busy, so being served might take a long time.

Restaurant Chambao de VicenteChambao de Vicente is a quiet place located on the beach at the end of Paseo Andrés Segovia with beautiful views of the sea.
This charming chiringuito (beach bar/restaurant) offers fresh fish, fried calamari, grilled prawns, sardines, grilled octopus, etc. They do not offer a free tapa with drinks.
Some prices: grilled sea bream 16 euros, paella for 4 people 40 euros, daily menu 10 euros. Beer 2.20 euros, red wine from 3.95 euros.

Chiringuito La GaviotaA typical beach restaurant located at the end of La Herradura beach. It has a terrace with tables on the beach and beautiful views of the sea. From the restaurant you can see the lighthouse from the nearby harbour. It's a quiet place.
The portions are big, but it is not cheap. Some specialties are: octopus, grilled sole, shrimps, and swordfish. There is not much variety in the wines.
Some prices: 4 red mullets 14 euros, baby squid 14 euros, garlic soup 4.50 euros.
