4 Granada Card Types
As we have already mentioned, there are 4 types of Granada Card:
Granada Card 24 h - 36,50 euros
This type includes night entrance to the Alhambra, + 11 monuments + 9 trips on city buses.It does not include two other parts of the Alhambra: the Alcazaba and the Generalife gardens.
For those who do not know, Nasrid Palaces are the royal apartments inside the Alhambra.
Granada Card 24 h includes 11 monuments but it's not possible to visit so many sites in one day.

If you are in Granada for more than one day, it makes more sense to buy a 48-hour or better 72-hour Granada Card.
Granada Card 48 h, 40 euros
Granada Card 48 h includes daytime visit of the Alhambra (Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba and Generalife), + 11 monuments + 9 trips on the city buses.
Granada Card 72 h, 43 euros
This option also includes a daytime visit of the Alhambra (Nasrid Palaces, Alcazaba and Generalife), + 15 monuments + 9 trips on the city buses.Granada Card Gardens, 36,50 euros
This option includes visit to the Generalife Gardens, Alcazaba, + 11 monuments, + 9 trips on the city buses.You cannot enter the Nasrid Places with Granada Gardens card.
Granada Card for Kids

Is it Worth Buying the Granada Card?
Let's calculate how much it would cost us to travel on the city buses and see all the monuments included in the Granada Card if we visit them without the card.
Granada Card 48 h
: total without Granada Card 62 €, with Granada Card 40 €.
Granada Card 72 h
: total without Granada Card 69 €. With Granada Card 43 €.
It is worth buying the tourist pass if you are going to visit more than 65% of the monuments included and use Granada city buses several times.
Another advantage is that you can get tickets to the Alhambra with the Granada Card when there are no tickets left on the official website.

Where to Buy & Collect the Granada Card?
The Granada City Card can be purchased from 1 day to 3 months in advance. You can buy the Granada Card only in advance at: entradas.granadatur.com.

After you have bought the card you will be shown "print at home" page. It is enough to show the ticket on your mobile at the entrances to the monuments.
But if you plan to use public transportation you have to collect the credibus (travel card) at the vending machines that are located on 6 (route number 4) bus stops in the city center.

Some Useful Tips
- You should take into account the travelling time you need to get from one place to another. Some monuments included in the Granada Card are far apart from each other. For example, the Cartuja Monastery and the Sacromonte Abbey.
- If you will use city buses, you need take into account that you would lose time collecting the Bus Pass.
- Make sure you check the opening hours of the monuments. Some of them don't open on Sunday afternoon and Mondays.

The Science Museum is very big and there are many interesting activities for the children.
You should keep in mind that it closes at 7pm everyday and at 3pm on Sundays when planning your visit. Allow plenty of time to enjoy it and make the most of it.

Alhambra Entrance with the Granada Card

The day you choose to visit the Alhambra can be the same when the Granada Card starts as long as you bought the pass at least 1 day in advance.
The Alhambra is divided into three areas: the Generalife, the Alcazaba and Nasrid Palaces and you must visit all three on the same day.

Many advantages, some disadvantages

Advantages: good quality/price ratio. Disadvantages: lack of information and you have to visit most of the monuments included to take advantage of this card.
Good value for money

I think it's very practical and good value for money as it includes entrances to many other monuments.
