British Ski CenterThe British Ski Center was first established in 2002 and is dedicated "English" ski school. The owners, Giles and Jonathan, have been teaching in Sierra Nevada for over 20 years. All their instructors are native English.
Company's main office is in the Plaza de Andalucia at Intersport Rio Sport. Meeting points for classes are all in Borreguiles outside the Al-Andalus gondola.
Agency side of the business will assist you in sourcing suitable accommodation and arranging all other necessary elements required for your trip including lift passes, equipment rental and resort transfers.
Tuition options range from standard private and ski school groups to tailor-made Family Enhancement sessions, Intensive classes and Mini-Groups.

Ski school rates for 10 hours of private tuition spread over a five day period, two hours a day (Monday to Friday) cost 400-450 euros per person.
Mini groups offer more intensive group tuition by limiting group numbers to no more than 6 people. Rates start from 88 euros for 6 hours tuition over a two day period.
Intensive classes involve 4 hours of tuition in a day for no more than 6 people per group and start at 65 euros per person for the 4 hours.

The Spanish Ski School and Snowboard in Sierra NevadaThe ski school was founded in 1962. It has several offices in Borreguiles and Pradollano where you can take ski lessons or rent your ski equipment.
Courses offered by the ski school: skiing, snowboarding, climbing, downhill skiing, ski touring, freeride and freestyle, snowshoeing and telemark skiing (also available for disabled skiers).
The course fee depends on how many students there are in the group, the more students the cheaper the class per student. Rates: an individual class costs 46 euros; if the group consists of 4 students, for example, the class costs 60 euros, 15 euros per student, which works out much cheaper.
The weekly 15-hour skiing or snowboarding courses cost about 140 euros.

Official Ski School in Sierra NevadaThe ski school has been operating since 1986. It offers ski and board lessons for all levels: downhill skiing, carving ski techniques, telemark and snowboarding. It also offers courses in Spanish, Portuguese, French, German and English.
The school has 3 offices: one in Pradollano, next to the ski lift, and another office in the Plaza de Andalucía, next to the pharmacy, and, finally, a local meeting point near the gondola Borreguiles Al-Andaluz.
Individual lessons skiing, downhill skiing or snowboarding cost 45 euros, for group of 4 students 59 euros - 13 euros per person. The school offers weekend courses: 6 hours 82 euros, and weekly courses: 15 hours for 144 euros. Classes for children cost the same as for adults.

Telemark Ski School in Sierra NevadaThe school was founded in 1989 and offers ski courses for individuals and groups by qualified teachers: also snowboarding, skiing, alpine skiing and ski touring.
The school has different prices according to the class timetable: the cheapest lessons start from 14:00. Snowboard or ski lesson prices: private lessons cost 45 euros for 1 hour; for a group of 4 people, a 1-hour lesson costs 62 euros, which works out at 15 euros per person. If you rent a snowboard or ski equipment from the ski school, classes will cost 20% less.
The school is located in the Plaza de Andalucia, where you can also rent ski and snowboard. The school also has a local meeting point in Borreguiles.
