Has nice atmosphere with music outdoors. Sometimes there is live music and a DJ.

It's more of a place where you can go for a drink with friends to relax after a day of skiing. If you're looking for a special dinner, it's probably better to visit one of the aforementioned restaurants.

Type of food: the menu is quite diverse, offering salads, pizza, pasta, chicken and chips, sandwiches, burgers, nachos, and more.

Prices they are a little bit cheaper than most of the other restaurants in Sierra Nevada.

Restaurants On the Way To and From Sierra Nevada

If you have come to Sierra Nevada just to spend the day and you are not staying overnight at the ski resort, on the way back to Granada you will find some restaurants where you can stop for dinner.

Los Jamones Restaurant

The cozy restaurant features a spacious living room with a fireplace. While dining outside in the sunshine is an option when it's warm, during winter, it's usually too cold, making dining inside near the fireplace a preferable choice.

They serve a variety of traditional dishes, such as soups, salads, meat dishes, pizza, and pasta.

There is a wooden cabin at the parking where they offer offer ski and mountain equipment rental.

It is situated approximately halfway toward Granada on the A-395 road, just after the Visitor Centre El Dornajo, to the left side of the road. Please exercise caution when crossing.

The prices are quite reasonable: plato alpujareño for 12 euros, pizzas for 10 euros, salads ranging from 8 to 10 euros, and beer priced at 2.50 euros.

La Higuera Restaurant

La Higuera is located within 20-minute drive of the Sierra Nevada. It is popular among locals for its typical traditional food.

If you are comming from Sierra Nevada you will find it on the left after passing el Puente hostel.

It has a nice sunny terrace and a cozy dining room with a fireplace.

They have been serving local cuisine for many years.

Their typical dishes include charcoal-grilled meat and delicious homemade stews.
