Puerta Real is one area that could be considered modern but also has its charm,
particularly the Plaza de Mariana Pineda, with the Office of Tourism, and del Campillo
with its terraces in summer. In any area of Puerta Real there are plenty of
bars and restaurants.

do not miss the Iglesia de Nuestra Senora de las Angustias (Church of Our Lady of Sorrows),
to see how the faithful come with flowers in an offering to the Virgin.
